For the beer connoisseur, we offer some very unique tastes. Slopes has employed the services of brew myster Jonathan Downing. Jon originally hails from the UK, with its historic brewing tradition of many varieties of beer. Jon holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Birmingham University, and understands all aspects of running a brewery as a successful business. He trained at the United States Brewers Academy, and has devoted the past sixteen years to enabling his international clients to produce the highest quality beer and operate the latest in brewery technology.

Jon’s work has taken him to many countries including Japan and South Korea, the Ukraine, Cyprus, Canada, the Caribbean and numerous states in the U.S. Most of his clients are private companies or individuals, however he has also installed breweries for the U.S. Army and Navy and for several corporate clients.
