Slopes Brewery
What is a Brewery?
A "brewpub" is a small brewery operating in conjunction with a retail restaurant, which brews its own beer. Patrons can expect all of the full flavor, freshness and purity of pub-brewed beer. Many styles of beer are available to be brewed using the Micropub system, from the lightest lagers through pilsners, ales and wheat beers to stouts and porters. Specialty brews can also be developed or others modified for individual accounts.
Using the best ingredients and latest developments in brewing, the Slopes brewing system is designed to be extremely flexible and simple to operate.
The recipes for each brew include custom brewed Concentrated Brewers Wort made from the finest malted barley. Wheat and corn are also used for certain specialty brews. Hops are the next ingredient, and come from the United States, England, Germany and the Czech Republic, depending on the style of beer being brewed. Our Yeast is made by a brewery in Australia and is designed to work with our recipes and equipment to produce the quality found in our brews. The main ingredient in our brews is water. Slopes utilizes Northern Maine Spring Water, resulting in some of the best custom brewed beer available.
